No King but these guys

The song "No King But Me" reminds me of the better days jamming to emotionally driven, anthemic rock ballads in the mid 90's. Really excited for the new direction these guys have taken, a pleasant departure from the run of the mill punk found these days.

Trade Wind expand their sound with their upcoming release.....

Although I haven’t heard the full length yet, the new single showcases a slightly new direction for Trade Wind which I’m quite pleased about. Where their prior EP had strong traces of post-hardcore, alt rock, and metal in the vein of Thrice, the new single showcases a new more melodic and sonic landscape in the vein of bands like Sparta and Elliot. I cannot wait to hear what else is in store and will look forward to reviewing this one as we get closer to release!
