Jersey City, NJ indie rock veterans The Milwaukees will be releasing their 6th album THE CALLING on August 21st, 2020 via 400 Mint Records. On June 26th, they are releasing their first new music since 2011, the single "No Way Out."  

Produced by Tom Beaujour whose unique multi-faceted rock 'n' roll resume includes record production, music journalism and performance (Nuthouse Recording, Nada Surf, Juliana Hatfield, Guided by Voices, Guitar World, Revolver, Guitar Aficionado, Witch Taint band member), "No Way Out" is a rock 'n' roll anthem that serves as the perfect reintroduction to The Milwaukees. It is an album full of stand-alone fist-in-the-air singles, honest songwriting and strong musicianship. THE CALLING places the New Jersey rock institution right alongside contemporaries The Hold Steady and The Gaslight Anthem yet harkens back to Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and The Replacements.

The Milwaukees have been on the rock scene for over 20 years, releasing acclaimed albums that were favorably received by the music press.
