3,842 Miles EP

The Atlantic Union Project is a brand new melodic punk rock band consisting of scene veterans. Ex-members of Come The Spring, Rydell and (Damn) This Desert Air have joined forces to create something really special, as they have just announced their brand new debut EP titled "3,842 Miles" set for release on September 9, 2022 via Sell The Heart Records (US), Engineer Records (UK) and Sheild Recordings (EU). The album title – 3,482 Miles EP – signifies the distance between members of the band, with most living in Brighton, England and lead singer Craig Cirinelli living in Boonton, NJ.

The band members of The Atlantic Union Project have a strong foundation in melodic hardcore paying in various rock, post-hardcore, and punk infused bands for the past 25 years! Lead vocalist, Craig Cirinelli has played with bands ((Damn) This Desert Air, Hidden Cabins, and a number of other projects. David has been writing music and touring for years in Rydell, Couch Potatoes, Joeyfat and Come The Spring. Mark was in Rydell, Rudedog and the BBMF’s and Simon and Jamie were in Strength Alone. Drawing inspiration from post-punk and melodic hardcore / punk rock classics ranging from Minor Threat, 7 Seconds, Dag Nasty, Descendents, Seaweed, Lifetime, Hot Water Music, Gorilla Biscuits, Pegboy, Sense Field, Chamberlain and many more, the new EP contains 6 brand new melodic fist in the air punk rock anthems, with massive hooks to go along with it. Not only do The Atlantic Union Project hearken back to all your favorite 80s/90s hook-laden punk rock classics, they'll also appeal to fans of more recent bands influenced by the same scene, with bands like Praise, Be Well, Anxious and the like. We will definitely have more to say about this EP leading up to the release, but in the meantime, check out the first 2 tracks from the forthcoming EP "The Actuary" and "Trustworthy" below. If you think these two songs rock, wait until you hear the rest of this EP!
