Story of the Year is an American rock band that formed in St. Louis, Missouri in 1995 under the name 67 North, later changing to Big Blue Monkey in 1998 and then to Story of the Year in 2002. Their major label debut album, Page Avenue, featuring hit singles "Until the Day I Die" and "Anthem of Our Dying Day," showcases their blend of alternative rock, early 2000s emo, and pop punk with elements of post-hardcore and alt-metal.
