The Dangerous Summer Release New Single and Music Video "What's An Hour Really Worth” from forthcoming LP

April 24, 2024 – Today, The Dangerous Summer have shared their newest single “What’s An Hour Really Worth” via Rude Records off of their upcoming album Gravity. Life is short and unpredictable, and “What’s An Hour Really Worth” serves as a reminder to listeners to live as ferociously as possible. The track urges them to explore, to fail, to get up and keep pushing regardless of what happens. “‘This song came somewhat earlier on in the writing process. That original riff really sent us into the chase of this song,” explains vocalist AJ Perdomo. “The way all of the instruments push and pull really reminds me of a futuristic Reach For The Sun track. I remember when we reached the bridge, we really tried to switch it up. We try to set limitations to reach new ground sometimes, and the limitation we set was - no cymbals. Christian [Zawacki] really dug in and drove us home on that one. Happy that it is finally out.” Watch the official video for the new single below. Gravity, their new LP will be released June 21, 2024.

The Dangerous Summer Release Powerful New Single and Music Video for “Pacific Ocean” from forthcoming LP "Gravity"

May 22, 2024 –The Dangerous Summer have released their new single “Pacific Ocean” via Rude Records. The new track begs to be listened to at full volume with the windows down – at its core, the song is “about freedom and living in the moment” according to frontman AJ Perdomo, “a love song at heart, and an ode to California.” The single is paired with a new music video that embodies the effervescent aura of the track, shot by the band themselves in Richmond, VA and can be viewed below. AJ continues, "I mention a story in the song, about my good friend Dan Geraghty almost getting shot by someone outside of a bar in LA. I want to express the emotion of being human and leveling with the world – there's a number of words it takes to get to the center of it all. We shot the music video ourselves. It has been insanely rewarding to dive headfirst into our visuals, it allows us to really capture a new dimension to the music."

The Dangerous Summer recently announced their newest album Gravity, set to be released on June 21 via Rude Records.
