These five passionate musicians have worked diligently across two continents over the last several years to create a fresh, stellar rock album for the current times. Fans of guitar driven, melodic rock will appreciate and embrace what Like Torches have created on their Victory Records debut. Yellowcard vocalist Ryan Key took lead as producer as the Swedish outfit packed up and took to the streets of Nashville to create their upcoming album Loves And Losses. The quintet deliver the first music video from the album, “The Guilt Of Surviving” which can be viewed below. Like Yellowcard?
It's no surprise that Like Torches debut sounds a hell of a lot like Yellowcard, based off the 2 singles released so far. Given Yellowcard vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Ryan Key has worked with this band over the past few years and produced Like Torches Victory Records debut, I wouldn't be surprised if he played an integral role in the overall sound, influence and song-writing of Like Torches upcoming LP. Anyone who has been missing Yellowcard since they called it quits should probably take note and check this out when it drops.
