
Fleshwater announce new LP and release latest single "Jetpack"

Fleshwater has just announced their sophomore LP titled "2000: In Search of the Endless Sky," set for released on September 5, 2025 via Closed Casket Activities. With a blend of heaviness, atmosphere and melody, the band draws inspiration from 90s heavy alternative/grunge/metal bands like Deftones, Far, Hole, and Failure. At the same time, the band sound just as current as their peers with artists like Narrow Head, Slow Crush, Modern Color, Trauma Ray and others bringing the sounds of shoegaze, grunge, and melodic guitar heavy alternative rock with hooks, back to the forefront. The new album also features guest drummer David Haik of Pianos Become The Teeth and was recorded across multiple studios to create a unique, heavy, melodic and nostalgic sound. Fleshwater's first single from the new LP is called "Jetpack" and sets the tone for an adventurous and emotional musical journey that showcases the band's growth while maintaining their signature style.
