Warmer Than Gold
January 30, 2026GUV's new album "Warmer Than Gold" by Ben Cook is set for release on January 30th via Run For Cover Records. The album features a blend of jangly hooks, danceable breakbeats, and swirling guitar textures, with a sound reminiscent of Britpop and classic indie pop. Collaborations with artists like Hatchie and Turnstile's Meg Mills contribute to the record's rich musical mix. GUV has shared the record's lead single, "Let Your Hands Go," a vibrant cut of kaleidoscopic guitars and pulsating beats that wouldn't sound out of place on Top of The Pops circa 1990. They have also released two subsequent singles title track "Warmer Than Gold" and latest single "Chasin Luv" now streaming everywhere.
