DMAs

DMA'S self-titled fifth album lands August 21, 2026, following 2023's How Many Dreams? and the 10th-anniversary run around Hills End. The Sydney trio, Johnny Took, Matt Mason, and Tommy O'Dell, wrote and recorded the 11-track record between their own studio in Glebe, Sydney and Los Angeles.

Most of the record was co-produced by DMA'S with Lach Bostock of Mansionair, with additional work from Jimi Somewhere and Styalz Fuego. Singles My Baby's Place, Hurracane, Heatin Park, and Killing Time point to a record built around immediate choruses, guitar-driven lift, and the band's Britpop-meets-Australian-indie thread.

It arrives via Wonderlick Recording Company / Sony Music Australia / RCA UK.

DMA'S Are Killing Time Before Their Self-Titled Album Drops

July 2, 2026

DMA'S have dropped another preview of their upcoming self-titled fifth album with new single "Killing Time," a fast-paced, propulsive cut that keeps the rollout going after "My Baby's Place," "Heatin Park," and "Hurracane."

The Sydney trio - Tommy O'Dell, Johnny Took, and Matt Mason - made the record between their own studio in Glebe and Los Angeles, with Grammy-nominated producer Lach Bostock (Mansionair) handling most of the production alongside contributions from Jimi Somewhere and Styalz Fuego.

The self-titled LP lands August 21 via Wonderlick Recording Company / Sony Music Australia / RCA UK. Four singles deep and we're still not tired of this era - genuinely counting down the days on this one.
