Jim Ward

After an amazing return with Sparta's "Trust The River" in 2020, Jim Ward is back with a solo LP titled "Daggers" set to drop this June. The two singles released so far "Paper Fish" and "Foreign Currency" are more akin to the full band rock assault of Sparta, than his earlier acoustic solo work, and as far as I'm concerned, that's nothing to complain about! Really excited to hear how this entire album shapes up, especially after hearing these initial singles. Jim has a knack for writing strong guitar driven melodies, with a sonic approach and emotional delivery, while always keeping the hooks in tact. So far, he's 2 for 2 with the new LP!
