Definitely looking forward to this new release, as I've been of a fan of these guys since their first LP. Was fortunate enough to see them live as well, on tour with Citizen and Knuckle Puck this past May. The first single "Dig (II)" showcases a huge leap forward in song-writing and maturity, giving off vibes of Pinback rhtymically and the quieter emo-pop side of Clarity era Jimmy Eat World. This is a good formula and the song definitely has a subtle hook that makes you want to keep hitting replay. And allthough the song sounds somewhat meloncholy, there is still something very uplifting about it, that makes it seem fitting for a summer release. Really looking forward to this release and getting some first impressions posted, once I have the opportunity to hear it.
