Today's Minor Victories

Austin, TX's Porcelain are excited to announce their sophomore album, Today’s Minor Victories, arriving October 23, 2026 via TODO Records. New single “Apocalypse” heralds the announcement, complete with an official music video filmed on a Texas ranch and directed by Pooneh Ghana. Built from a foundation of metallic riffs and chugging instrumentals, “Apocalypse” reflects on feeling like we are living in the end times, as the band searches for hope among destruction.

Speaking about the new single, the band shares, "This is a song about the loss of innocence. Growing up, the future looked so bright and promising, like we could all make something of this world for the better. But then we witness tragedy after tragedy unfold in front of our childlike eyes, and the world that we looked forward to growing up in now looks like it’s unattainable, collapsing in slow motion. Realizing that the world is full of insecure men searching for power, greed, resources, and the unquenchable thirst of violent imperialism. The future we were promised as children never came to be, and now we’re all but subjected to the systemic violence that our country was founded on.

Today's Minor Victories is 47 minutes of dynamic post-hardcore recorded live with minimal layering at Estuary Studios in Austin, engineered and mixed by Scott Evans and mastered by Greg Obis at Chicago Mastering Service. The record leans into grief, loss, and perseverance, with the title reflecting the small things that get you through to seeing tomorrow. Sonically, the band arrives tighter and more direct than ever, a result of heavy touring and reworking parts live before recording.
