Teddy DuChamp's Army have shared “This Sinking Ship,” the second single from their forthcoming album ...The Spirit Never Dies., out October 9 via Sweet Cheetah Records and Creep Records in the U.S., with Engineer Records and Scene Police handling international distribution.

While the band says political themes have generally not been a major focus of its music, “This Sinking Ship” takes direct aim at the current political climate, addressing militarized policing, economic pressure on working families and the widening wealth gap. Guitarist Mike Rock says the events unfolding in the streets made the subject increasingly difficult for the band to ignore.

The new track follows lead single “Throwing Rocks” and offers another preview of the band's revived melodic punk sound ahead of ...The Spirit Never Dies.. The 11-track record was recorded at J. Robbins' Magpie Cage in Baltimore, with Robbins handling bass and Mario Quintero (Spotlights, Sisters, Molly McGuire) on second guitar.

Reunited in 2024 after years apart, the melodic punk outfit returned to the studio with renewed energy, recording the album at J. Robbins’ Magpie Cage in Baltimore. “Throwing Rocks” is a fast, hook-heavy punk ripper packed with sharp guitars, big melodies and an instantly catchy chorus.

...The Spirit Never Dies. will be released via Sweet Cheetah Records and Creep Records in the U.S., with Engineer Records and Scene Police handling international distribution.

Teddy DuChamp's Army have announced ...The Spirit Never Dies., their first new album since reuniting in 2024, due October 9, 2026. The band have also shared the record's first single, “Throwing Rocks,” an upbeat, hook-heavy punk track built around sharp guitars and a big sing-along chorus.

The album was recorded in January 2026 at J. Robbins' Magpie Cage in Baltimore and features guitarist Mike Rock, vocalist Andy Wright and drummer Jeff Kopanic, with Robbins handling bass and Mario Quintero (Spotlights, Sisters, Molly McGuire) joining on second guitar. The result finds the band returning to their melodic punk roots with the punchy hooks and energy that should appeal to fans of Seaweed, Samiam and Rival Schools.

...The Spirit Never Dies. will be released in the U.S. through Creep Records and Sweet Cheetah Records, with Engineer Records handling the UK and Scene Police handling Germany/European distribution. Check out “Throwing Rocks” below.
