For nearly four decades, The Bouncing Souls have remained one of punk rock's most enduring and influential bands. Produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Will Yip (Turnstile, Title Fight), Born To Be arrives on June 26 and serves as a reflection on connection, perseverance, grief, and the importance of showing up for one another. Across ten tracks, the band confronts disillusionment without losing sight of hope, crafting songs that feel both deeply personal and universally relatable.

Lead single "The Light" sets the tone for the album. Inspired by vocalist Greg Attonito's daily drive with his child through changing weather and visibility, the song transforms a simple observation into a larger message about finding optimism through difficult moments. The album's solar-eclipse artwork, created by bassist Bryan Kienlen, reinforces that theme, symbolizing a world temporarily lost in shadow while still searching for light.
