Philadelphia hardcore band Soul Glo have shared “Ppl Worried,” featuring Tunde Adebimpe of TV on the Radio. The track is the latest single from NA I’M GON GRAB ALLAT, due January 15, 2027 via Epitaph.
A frantic punk confessional, “Ppl Worried” finds frontman Pierce Jordan confronting grief, the isolation of addiction and cycles of self-sabotage. Adebimpe joins him on a song that brings those struggles into the album’s wider examination of relationships, community and the pressures surrounding masculinity.
Recorded at Philadelphia’s Foto Club, the 14-track follow-up to Diaspora Problems pairs the band’s fast, abrasive hardcore with frenetic drumming and heavy hip-hop beats. Jordan dedicates the record to “everyone who has known the joy and pain of loving a man. All different types of love: platonic, romantic, familial, self.”
“Ppl Worried” follows lead single “February Theory.” Soul Glo will join Chat Pile for November dates, including a hometown show at Philadelphia’s Union Transfer on November 11 and Washington, D.C.’s Black Cat on November 12. Stream the new single below.
