thrown share new single "rehearsed"

Stockholm nu-metalcore outfit thrown have dropped "rehearsed," their second new single of 2026 and a follow-up to the earlier "split." Clocking in at under two minutes, it's exactly what the band does best: groove-heavy riffs, a breakneck tempo, and a breakdown that lands like a brick wall. The track was produced, mixed, and mastered by drummer Buster Odeholm (Vildhjarta, Humanity's Last Breath), who has helmed every thrown recording to date. The accompanying music video was directed by Pavel Trebukhin, who has previously worked with Imminence and Gaerea.

The single arrives hot off the back of thrown's set at Download Festival 2026 and ahead of a European/UK headline run this fall with Counterparts, No Cure, and HEAVENSGATE kicking off November 27 in Stockholm.
