Cold 2 The Touch
February 13, 2026Baltimore band Angel Du$t (featuring Justice Tripp of Trapped Under Ice), known for their unique blend of melodic hardcore with pop, punk and experimental sounds, will be releasing a new album titled Cold 2 The Touch on February 13th, 2026 with Run For Cover Records. Once again working with Brian McTernan on production duties, the songs on their new LP are described as eclectic and hard-hitting, showcasing a blend of aggressive rock & roll with galloping drums, razor-sharp riffs and monster hooks. The album features guest appearances from notable figures in the hardcore scene and marks a ferocious new chapter in the band's evolution.

February 13, 20265th wave emo punk revival band Good Sleepy announced their upcoming sophomore LP "CONSTANT HUMMING," scheduled for release on February 13, 2026, along with the release of the lead off single "TRAP" now streaming everywhere. The album reflects a darker, raw and more dynamic sound while maintaining the band's emotional core, following their debut LP "everysinglelittlebit." Drawing inspiration from bands like Ben Quad, Carly Cosgrove, The Wonder Years, and Marietta, the album explores themes of nostalgia, fractured relationships, early adulthood and emotional complexities over 14 brand new tracks.
Good Sleepy's sophomore LP CONSTANT HUMMING, set for release on February 13th, 2026, features a darker yet emotionally raw sound showcased in their first single "TRAP". Drawing from their Midwest emo roots, the album explores themes of nostalgia and emotional turmoil over 14 compelling heart on your sleeve tracks. February 27, 2026Philadelphia shoegaze band Nothing is set to release their fifth studio album, "A Short History of Decay," featuring a newly solidified lineup and a more expansive sound. The album delves into themes of aging, illness, and memory with emotional clarity, showcased in the single "cannibal world." With a mix of industrial-gaze intensity and vulnerability, Nothing offers a colossal yet intimate sonic experience, drawing comparisons to influential bands like My Bloody Valentine and Hum, along with more current bands like Whirr, Cloakroom, Trauma Ray, Glare, Narrow Head and the like.

Carnival delves into moodier, more cerebral material, like holding their past excursions against a funhouse mirror. Cheap Heat
February 27, 2026New Bedford, MA punk rock shredders A Wilhelm Scream have returned with their sixth studio album, "Cheap Heat," set for release February 27, 2026 featuring ten tracks of intense melodic hardcore and anthemic punk rock. The album showcases a blend of the band's classic dark, aggressive elements with refined technicality and energy and trademark monster hooks. Produced by guitarist/vocalist Trevor Reilly, the release marks the debut of new member Ben Murray on second guitar, encapsulating the band's signature sound and storytelling approach with a vibe of non-stop riffs and infectious hooks akin to their iconic style.
New Bedford, Massachusetts’ riff masters A WILHELM SCREAM will release "Cheap Heat" on February 27, 2026, their 6th studio LP blending melodic hardcore and punk rock with anthemic fist-in-the-air hooks. Drawing influence from their classic albums "Ruiner" and "Career Suicide", the band's unique sound captivates with fierce vocals, relentless guitars, and dark themes. The album's ten tracks, including lead single "Midnight Ghost" showcase the band's unapologetic, emotionally charged, gritty style, delivering an intense experience in just under 30 minutes.
