Acceptance

Acceptance is a Seattle-based alternative rock band formed in 1998, known for their cult-classic 2005 debut album Phantoms, two EPs, and a subsequent reunion that led to their 2017 follow-up Colliding By Design and other subsequent releases including the recently released 20th anniversary reimagined version of Phantoms, called Phantoms/Twenty featuring several guest artists from the scene. After disbanding in 2006, the original lineup reformed in 2015 and has been active since, touring and releasing new material.

Phantoms/Twenty

Acceptance has released a reimagined version of their 2005 debut album Phantoms, titled Phantoms/Twenty, to mark its 20th anniversary, featuring collaborations with various artists such as Stephen Christian (Anberlin), Alex Gaskarth (All Time Low), John O’Callaghan (The Maine) Derek DisCanio (State Champs) and many others. The album pays homage to the band's legacy with each guest injecting their unique touch into these mid 2000s emo/alt rock classics, creating a sense of gratitude and reverence towards Acceptance for their influential music and this amazing album that never truly got the credit that it deserved. The band's choice to involve these artists adds a fresh perspective to the album, capturing the essence of the original tracks in a new light.

Wild, Free

Acceptance is set to release their 3rd full-length LP "Wild, Free" on October 7th through Tooth and Nail Records. Following their 2017 album "Colliding By Design," this new release builds on their recent "Wild" EP with 10 tracks, 4 of which are already available from the EP.

Seattle rock band Acceptance has released a reimagined version of their 2005 emo cult-classic major label debut LP Phantoms, appropriately titled Phantoms/Twenty, (Equal Vision Records)to celebrate its 20th anniversary, and featuring collaborations with various artists such as Stephen Christian (Anberlin), Alex Gaskarth (All Time Low), John O’Callaghan (The Maine) Derek DisCanio (State Champs) and many others from the scene. The album pays homage to the band's legacy with each guest injecting their unique touch into these mid 2000s emo/alt rock classics, creating a sense of gratitude and reverence towards Acceptance for their influential music and this amazing album that inspired these artists. Phantoms never truly got the credit that it deserved, an album full of big clean melodies and monster hooks, an album that still holds up today's musical landscape.
