San Francisco-based shoegaze/noise-pop project Badvril have announced their new LP titled Lethal , set for release on October 16 via Share It Music. The 10-track album follows the band’s debut full-length In Heaven and continues the project’s blend of fuzzy guitars, melodic hooks, and DIY-rooted alternative rock energy.
Alongside the announcement, Badvril have shared the latest single, “Fever,” which is streaming below. The band describes the track as being about hopelessness in a freeing way: letting go of the need to control everything, recognizing the wrong path you keep choosing, and deciding whether it is finally time to change course. The single follows the previously released singles "Golden" and "Push it Down" from the forthcoming LP which are also streaming everywhere.
Founded by singer Becket Schroeder and completed with drummer Tessa Piccillo, Badvril’s world blurs life and art into something raw, personal, and hard to shake. Stream “Fever” below and look for Lethal this October.
