breakkaway Share “I know” With Softcult From Debut EP It all feels the same from afar
New York's breakkaway have shared "I know," a new single featuring Canadian duo Softcult. It's the latest look at their debut EP It all feels the same from afar, out November 13 on Epitaph.
Jessica Li's vocals carry the song, which is about distance and growing out of someone. The fuzz and dream-pop haze come from Softcult, and the result is one of the softer things breakkaway have put out. It follows "Portrait set on fire," the band's first Epitaph single, co-produced with former Sleep Token producer George Lever, and "Run away with me" from May. All three are on the EP.
Pre-orders are live on Bandcamp, and the three singles are available now.
It all feels the same from afar tracklist:
- Portrait set on fire
- Backseat
- I know (with Softcult)
- Montauk
- Immortal
- Run away with me
