MyVeronica

MyVeronica is a Los Angeles emotional rock band that began as the solo project of singer and guitarist Mia Lin before expanding into a four-piece. The group uses loud guitars, noise, and sharply personal writing to reach for the kind of catharsis that does not always fit into everyday life.

Drawing from 1990s emo and alternative rock, MyVeronica moves between piercing hooks, heavier distortion, and melancholic slowcore. The band cites touchstones including Mineral, Jejune, Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic Youth, and Sunny Day Real Estate.

In 2026, MyVeronica signed with Sunday Drive Records and announced its debut full-length, I Hope There's Music in Heaven. The nine-song album arrives August 21, 2026, expanding the band's earlier work with heavier guitars, earnest lyrics, and layered bursts of noise.
