Slow Pulp

Slow Pulp are an indie rock four-piece from Madison, Wisconsin, now based in Chicago — Emily Massey (vocals/guitar), Henry Stoehr (guitar), Alex Leeds (bass), and Teddy Mathews (drums). Their hooky, fuzzed-out songs sit somewhere between '90s alt-rock, dream pop, and lo-fi heartbreak, in the lineage of Alvvays and Hovvdy. Their third album, Melodie, arrives September 18, 2026 on ANTI-.

Melodie is the third album from Chicago indie rock band Slow Pulp, out September 18, 2026 on ANTI-. It's their first record with an outside producer, Elliott Kozel (Rosalía, Yves Tumor, SZA), and moves between power-pop euphoria and acoustic heartbreak across 11 tracks. Lead single "Better Man" is out now.
