Deer Leap

Routines

Deer Leap return September 18, 2026 with Routines, a new eight-song, self-released album and their first full-length in roughly a decade.

The Windham, New Hampshire band formed in 2009 and built their catalog around a mix of emo, indie rock and post-rock, with releases including Here. Home., Impermanence, the Wind & Words EP and Bedroom Sessions: Volume 1. Aside from the standalone 2023 single “Left Behind,” Routines is their first new body of material in almost a decade.

The latest single and title track, “Routines,” is streaming now on Bandcamp and picks up right where Deer Leap left off. The band’s blend of melodic emo, post-rock, alt-rock, and indie pop feels bigger and more immediate here, with louder guitars, more polished production, and hooks that hit even harder. The album was produced, engineered and mixed by Chris Teti at Silver Bullet Studios, mastered by Matt Guglielmo, and features additional vocals from Missy Graziani.

Routines is available to pre-order now via Bandcamp.
