Good Sleepy release it's hard hitting new single "ZZZ" from forthcoming LP "Constant Humming"
Today, the Central Massachusetts emo outfit Good Sleepy has released a new high-energy single “ZZZ.” This is their second single off their upcoming sophomore LP CONSTANT HUMMING set for release on February 13th, 2026.
This new single is packed with melodic yet hard-hitting riffs and gritty vocals. Lyrically, the band channels the ache of walking away from someone you have tried to help for far too long, a theme reflected in lines like “I know you want to fly, but I’m done with catching you.” There’s a sense of cathartic release throughout the song, transforming pain into movement.
Good Sleepy shared their thoughts on the new single below:
“With our first single, ‘TRAP’, we were focused on releasing a song that was familiar to our fanbase, while also showcasing a development in our sound. "ZZZ" feels like a step in a different direction for us, being the result of lots of new influences that we have had since our last LP. It's fast-paced, fun, and hard-hitting all the way through. We had a blast playing this song on tour over the summer and seeing people move to it. It's definitely one of our favorites off of the album, we're stoked to finally be getting it out there.”
Make sure you stream the new single below and check out the previously released single "TRAP" from the forthcoming LP. These new songs are a big step forward for Good Sleepy and some of their best material to date. Keep an eye out for more on the new LP in the coming months.
