Blindness
February 21, 2025The Murder Capital, a Dublin-based post-punk band, is set to release their 3rd album titled "Blindness" on February 21, 2025. Produced in Los Angeles with John Congleton, the album promises an intense and expansive sound reminiscent of their previous work while drawing comparisons to similar artists like Fontaines D.C., METZ, Idles, Shame, and Protomartyr. Their latest single "Words Lost Meaning," which is now available on all streaming platforms, showcases a more anthemic style and follows the success of their previous single "Can't Pretend To Know".

Constellations For The Lonely
February 28, 2025The Manchester-based band Doves announced their sixth studio album, Constellations for the Lonely, set for release on February 28, 2025 via EMI North. The album follows their boundary-pushing, chart peaking fifth LP The Universal Want and will include 10 brand new songs including the single "Renegade" which is described as having a dystopian feel, with the band thinking about Manchester over the next century. The band began writing and recording the album in 2020 which contains 10 new tracks written, recorded, and produced in Greater Manchester, North Wales, and Cheshire. More to come on what is expected to be another incredible and epic chapter in Doves illustrious 25 year career.

February 28, 2025Chicago-based rock group Juicin, a new project comprising Ryan Davis and Tyler Gargula (Sleepwalk, Muted Color), is releasing their debut EP "Zig Zag" on February 28, 2025. The project, born in 2022 as a side project of their shoegaze and dream-pop leaning bands Sleepwalk and Muted Color, came from ideas they were jamming in their practice space that didn't quite fit with their current bands. The new sound explores 90s inspired fuzzed out noise pop, alt-rock, and melodic hardcore influences, with buzzing guitars and catchy hooks akin to Hotline TNT, Superheaven, Ovlov, Bugg and Title Fight. Their latest single "Sick Joke" is now available on all digital streaming platforms.
